Kevin was born and raised in Duncan before attending university at VIU where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Accounting.

Kevin worked at JV Driver, in Alberta, from 2010 to 2014, while attending university. He started with manual labour for the first year but quickly moved to the payroll department where he prepared, entered and performed an audit of 1400 daily time sheets. In 2014, Kevin worked in the finance department performing a number of internal audit related tasks. Kevin worked personally with the CFO of Drivers to carry out tasks and keep him updated on progress.

Kevin began working for Deloitte LLP in 2014 in Edmonton, AB while gaining his professional CPA designation. Working in the external audit division, Kevin audited a range of companies; from construction to cities, and from non-profits to food manufacturers. He was also involved with smaller notice to readers files and on special procedure audits. Not only was he exposed to audits, Kevin was involved in charity work which Deloitte provided to the Edmonton Food Bank and contributed to organizing a charity work party for SCARS (Second Chance Animal Rescue Society).

Since 2016, being back in the Cowichan Valley, Kevin has worked for H Godefroy & Associates where he worked on a number of notice to reader files. Files which required him to complete the entire file from start to finish, starting at daily receipts and finishing at complete financial statements and corporate tax return.

Victor grew up in the Cowichan Valley, graduating from Cowichan Senior Secondary and attended the University of Victoria graduating in 1981 with a BA in Economics. Victor worked for the Bank of Montreal from 1981 to 1984 as a Business Administration Officer/Loans Officer.

Victor attained his CA in 1991 while working at Hill & Partners in Duncan, BC and was admitted as a Partner in 1992. Victor continued as a Partner from 1992 to 2005 providing a high level of accounting and tax advice to hundreds of clients until he retired to pursue other goals.

In 2006, Victor joined the JV Driver Construction Group, in Alberta, as a Corporate Accountant/Controller and continued with them until 2015. Victor provided monthly management reporting for 20 companies; prepared combined quarterly financial statements and annual reports for 60 companies; revised and improved financial controls and engage external auditor; and supervised 15 direct reports and oversee 100-person finance team. He oversaw corporate accounting and tax preparation, treasury, forecasting functions and acquisition due diligence audits. During these 9 years of controller work, he gained valuable experience on the challenges faced by clients on a monthly or daily basis.

In January 2016 Victor started back in public practice, providing contract accounting services to Hayes Stewart Little and with H Godefroy & Associates. Victor is very fitness oriented and loves hiking, yoga, running stairs/ fit camps, bike riding, and swimming at the river.
